TIKA students visit PJ Dave Flora
As part of TIKA’s (Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency) annual Students’ Exchange Program, a group of 30 volunteers from Turkey; in their 3rd and 4th year of Medical school visited Kajiado County on Friday, 10th August 2018 for a dental camp.
The visit, which was courtesy of the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) Nairobi, aimed at exposing the students to development challenges within TIKA’s priority areas of health, education, water, sanitation and agriculture.
We had the honour of giving the student’s, along with TIKA’s staff, a tour of the farm the day after the camp. They were such a pleasure to host. Looking forward to next year’s visit.
