CSR : Providing water for the community

We built a large water trough for the community’s cattle. Isinya is home to the Maasai community, a people with a deep, unrivalled, almost sacred love for cattle. It, however, stands on arid and semi-arid land where the rivers often run dry and rain is seldom seen.

For that reason, the Maasais remain a nomadic community, always wandering in search of grazing ground for their cattle. The water trough is a free for all drinking spot for the cattle and their herders as they go in search of the literal greener pastures.
